This guacamole recipe is so good, that you may not even need chips to eat it. It’s simple, fresh, and only requires a few ingredients. It is also one of those recipes that requires little time and little effort!
Instead of using a fork to mash up our avocado, we used a potato masher. It made it so that the avocado was more chunky in the guacamole. Plus, in only four easy steps, you have guacamole. Mash the avocado, cut/dice the veggies, squeeze the lime, and stir altogether. That is it!
Here are the steps to making simple, fresh, guacamole:

Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 5-10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado, mashed
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, diced
Juice of a quarter lime
Dash of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Slice open the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado from its skin, and place it into a small bowl, then mash the avocado.
Chop the onion, tomatoes, and garlic, and add to the bowl.
Add salt and pepper. Juice the lime and add to the mixture.
Mix well, and serve with chips, on toast, add to a sandwich, etc.
TIPS: Look for avocados that are ripe, not too firm and not too soft. You do not want soft and mushy avocados.
Feel free to add in extra ingredients such as: fresh cilantro, jalapeno, etc.
Use fresh veggies to have your guacamole loaded with flavor.
Keep in mind that if you are eating your guacamole with salty tortilla chips, you won’t want to add too much salt.
