How many times do you think that you want pizza, but you and the person you are sharing it with would like a different type of pizza? Or what if you would like a few other options that may not be offered at your local pizza place?
You can easily solve these problems with making your own pizza. And even better, with a homemade stuffed crust! Here are the steps:
Step 1: Lay out your crust
Step 2: Add and roll up your cheese in the edges
Step 3: Add pasta sauce
Step 4: Add cheese
Step 5: Add your desired toppings and bake
Step 6: Enjoy!
Stuffed Crust Pizza for Two
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
pizza crust (you can make your own or use pre-made crust)
pasta sauce
cheese blend (we typically enjoy any cheese)
OPTIONAL (toppings):
pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, chicken, veggies, bacon, etc.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to desired temperature (whether that be to match the pre-made crust temperature, or the temperature that is needed for your own pizza crust).
To stuff your pizza crust, you can use cheese sticks, or roll up cheese slices. Just lay down your cheese, roll the edges of the pizza crust, and press down on those edges so the crust sticks and the cheese does not melt out of the crust.
Once your pizza crust is ready, spread pasta sauce over the pizza crust. Add your desired toppings, and bake the pizza. Enjoy!
